Collection/Delivery Service

If you are unable to visit our store in London, we have a collection/delivery service which covers the whole of the UK. We use either UPS or TNT, they both provide a tracked and signed collection/delivery. Simply email us on info@michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk with the following:

  1.  Pictures and/or descriptions of the shoes that require repairing
  2. The collection address and telephone number 
  3. When you would like the repairs to be returned to you. We usually ask for 3/5 days for a normal turnaround, express service is also available (1/2 days).       

 If you're based abroad, we also have the ability to book worldwide collection/delivery services. Please email us on info@michaelsshoerepairs.co.uk for more details.
